Dear Mr. Tancredo,
You should be ashamed of yourself. The good people of the United States of
America elected Barack Obama by a landslide victory and instead of unifying
with the President and the majority of Americans, your agenda is to tear
down our President and stall the political process. Shame on you. We want
change. We want healthcare. We want our civil rights. And we want the
Democrats and Republicans to work together for a change. We are one nation
under God. Please join with the President. We need you to stand for the
principles this nation was founded on, and hatred was not one of them.
United we stand. Divided, we will surely fall. I urge you to work with the
President of the United States, not against him. And please, have some
respect for your fellow Americans. Painting us as ignorant at your Tea
Party rally was low and demeaning. Surely you don't think so little of the
citizens of this nation? We elected you, after all.
