Mr. Tancredo:
I was appalled by your recent speech at the Tea Party Convention. I am a 65
year old African-American female, a life-long resident of North Carolina who
lived through Literacy teats and Poll taxes, and Jesse Helms' "talk shows".
What you are proposing is a return to America's PRE-CIVIL WAR days. Given
the laughter and applause of your Tea Party audience, their proposal is
identical with yours.
Interesting that you and the Tea Party movement seek to re-enslave blacks!
FACT CHECK:
(1) White Americans elected PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA.
(2)African-Americans are only 12% of the US population.
(3)While 96% of black Americans voted for PRESIDENT OBAMA, African-Americans
are HARDLY the "source" of MR. OBAMA'S election.
